Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is a ultra high in Protein and is more filtered then Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), with lower Carbs, Fat and Sugar and Lactose. Making it easier to digest and more bioavailable.

WPI is naturally high in Protein, BCAA's and EAA's, making it perfect for Post workouts or keeping up your protein intake. Esssential for Musle tissue repair, assisting you in fast muscle recovery, Muscle mass, Lean mass and overall helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Hydrolysed Collagen

Your body is made up of proteins in which 30% are collagen. Muscles are made largely of collagen (not whey protein). So, take advantage of Collagen and the benefits it has to muscle mass and strength. When you supplement with collagen, research has found that it supports and promotes the following Muscle strength, Muscle Mass and Lean Muscle Mass. Also stimulates and Boosts Collagen Production and Increases Pro-Collagen Production. Which may also help aid in Joint Protection/Repair and Glowing skin and more.

Directions:

Add 30grams* approximately 6 measuring tablespoons, to 200mls of water or your choice of milk. Mix well ( Preferably use a mini electric mixer or shaker bottle to ensure it mixes well). Can also be added to your favourite foods like pancakes, baked goods etc. *Half serves like 15 grams mix with approximately 125mls to ensure the flavour.
